Bringing Out Talent Dance Company (B.O.T) has been a cornerstone of youth development and artistic expression since 2008, proudly serving around 45 dedicated dancers. As a 4th-generation dance company, B.O.T continues to carry a rich legacy while inspiring the next generation under the leadership of CEO Shkunna Stewart.

 

B.O.T is a non-for-profit and 501c3 organization that excepts donation to help fund the organization.

 

B.O.T has made a remarkable impact on the community, teaching life skills and creating opportunities for inner-city youth to explore new places and experiences. From performing at iconic events like Bud Billiken® Parade and Lollapalooza to showcasing their projection film on the Art on the Mart, B.O.T continually expands its reach while empowering young artists.

 

One of the team’s most cherished moments was performing at the Big Jam, showcasing the talent and dedication of its dancers on a grand stage. Watching the growth and development of the company over the years remains one of Shkunna’s proudest achievements, as B.O.T continues to thrive as a beacon of community, creativity, and opportunity.
